As the state primary care association, the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC) represents and supports the largest network of primary health care providers in the Commonwealth. Our network of health centers includes Community Health Centers (FQHCs), FQHC Look-Alikes, Rural Health Clinics and other like-mission providers serving more than 600,000 people at more than 200 sites in underserved areas throughout the Commonwealth.
Established in 1981 as a private non-profit organization, PACHC was formed by and for community health center programs. PACHC programs and services are designed to strengthen, promote and grow health centers in today's complex and constantly changing health care environment as well as support Community Health Centers (FQHCs) in their mission to provide quality primary care to all, regardless of ability to pay.
