Pace Environmental Law Review reposted this
Excited to share that an article my classmate, Kevin Hidayat, and I co-authored as student reporters has been published on Pace Environmental Law Review’s blog! The article, “Constitutional Pathways: A Legal Blueprint for Climate Justice,” reflects on some of the critical discussions and innovative legal strategies explored during the Climate Constitutionalism Conference. This publication is a result of my involvement as a student reporter at the conference, hosted by Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and Delaware Law School on March 29, 2024. Many thanks to Professor James R. May for making my participation and attendance possible. Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eEu7p5ap
