Excited to share that an article my classmate, Kevin Hidayat, and I co-authored as student reporters has been published on Pace Environmental Law Review’s blog! The article, “Constitutional Pathways: A Legal Blueprint for Climate Justice,” reflects on some of the critical discussions and innovative legal strategies explored during the Climate Constitutionalism Conference. This publication is a result of my involvement as a student reporter at the conference, hosted by Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and Delaware Law School on March 29, 2024.
