𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑲𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒊, 𝒃𝒚 𝑲𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒊! 🇰🇮 The Kiribati Bilingual Books written and illustrated by Kiribati educators for Kiribati students has been launched by the Curriculum Development Officer, Ministry of Education Kiribati, Tonobwa Kaoten in Nadi today. Aligned to the themes in Kiribati’s curriculum, spanning from ECCE to junior secondary, the 28 bilingual books and 15 numeracy resources launched is a major feat worth celebrating, says Institute of Education’s Fellow in Literacy and Curriculum, ‘Ana Heti Veikune. These resources have been uploaded to the Waka Moana Learning Hub (WMLH). The WMLH is a comprehensive repository of resources, catering to the teaching and learning needs of literacy, numeracy, science and non-cognitive skills.
