I reflect on the numerous times that I heard a client or student share that their healthcare practitioner has suggested yoga as a way to help their pain. While these practitioners have their patient's best interest at heart, the advice is not always given with much thought of how yoga can support or not support the patient. This article by Rachel will give practitioners something that they can go on when referring out to yoga for pain care. #painmanagement #paineducation #yogaforpain
