Now announcing the 2025 PalmettoPride Tree Grant recipients 🌲🏆 Annually, PalmettoPride offers Tree Grants to municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and environmental groups across South Carolina. Tree Grant recipients must plant donated trees in public spaces, such as parks or schools, that are accessible to all citizens. #TrashTuesday Our mission of achieving a litter-free SC would not be possible without partnering organizations -- just this weekend, Keep Berkeley Beautiful and South Carolina Department of Natural Resources officers and staff held the annual Berkeley County Beach Sweep/River Sweep at Hatchery Wildlife Management Area Landing ⛺️🎣 Berkeley County South Carolina Game Wardens, Alix Pedraza (DNR Community Engagement Coordinator), and 26 volunteers from Latinos Aventureros en las Carolinas and Mujeres Latinas de Carolina del Sur groups joined forces to clear the beach and removed 38 bags of trash 👏💯 Events like this truly show that team work makes the dream work 🤝 Our organization is proud to provide supplies to make litter cleanups easy for the dedicated volunteers in our state. #DoBeautifulThings #LitterTrashesEveryone
