We want to take a moment to celebrate Healthcare HR Week. Our local HR Director, Mrs. Victoria Chavez, joined PAM Health in January 2022, shortly after the acquisition of this location. She jumped in and assisted in providing a smooth transition for all of her employees. 🏥 Since then, she has been an integral part of building employee morale and implementing PAM Health values. Victoria does well to provide our colleagues a sense of welcome and hospitality. Some of the team would describe her as: creative, energetic, positive, sunshine, outgoing, ambitious, leader, planner, party starter, charismatic, spectacular, to name a few. ☀️ Whether she is wearing a dinosaur costume to bring a smile to our busy employees, or providing onboarding support for new hires, we want to thank you, Victoria, for being our HR Director at PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Houston Heights. 💙

Congratulations to our January Employees of the Month!! Raul is our Maintenance Technician who does everything he is asked with a warm smile and is innovative in solving issues quickly. He makes an incredible difference in ensuring that our hospital stays functioning at the best level for our staff and our patients. Bukky is one of our night shift charge nurses. With her calm demeanor, she strives to go above and beyond to make every single patient comfortable. She shows her commitment to excellence by being a good example for other nurses to follow. Thank you both for all that you do and for truly exemplifying PAM Health's Core Values! 🎉

Happy National Pharmacist Day to our very own Tynisa! Tynisa has been with Houston Heights since we first opened in 2019. She has been a pharmacist for 12 years and has a passion for quality care and compliance. Tynisa, thank you for all that you do! We truly appreciate you and are honored to have you as our Pharmacist!

As we close out the year, we are pleased to reflect on our Patient Success Stories! Seeing the progress and success from our patients is one of the many reasons why we do what we do. We thank all of our employees for the time, effort, and care they give to each and every patient that comes through our doors. Our patients deserve a word of gratitude for their personal commitment to their progress and improvement. Whether it be recovery from hip surgery or stabilization from a stroke, they inspire us to commit to Care with Compassion. These success stories are their success stories as well! Here's to an even better 2024 year!
