Last week, we had an incredible in-person meeting for our Marketing department where some of our team members met in person for the very first time! 🥳 We brainstormed, strategized and had plenty of unforgettable team bonding moments. It was a perfect blend of creativity and connection. ❤️ Huge thanks to everyone who joined in and contributed to the success of the week! Here’s to many more team adventures ahead!

Our Brand Marketing team recently wrapped up an inspiring offsite where they delved deep into strategy, brainstormed innovative ideas and collaborated on ways to enhance the brand presence for both Meridian and Lumin!💡Beyond business, they also focused on building stronger connections among the team ❤️ The discussions from the week are already being translated into impactful actions so stay tuned to see how we elevate our brands to new heights!

Some members of our Marketing team came together and spent the afternoon volunteering at Project Angel Food, helping to cook, prepare and serve hundreds of meals to those in need in our community. It was a humbling experience to see the impact we can make when we work together beyond our virtual office walls! Volunteering together not only strengthens our team bond but also reinforces our commitment to making a positive impact in the world around us. Thank you to everyone who came out and to the Project Angel Food team for having us - we’ll definitely be back! ❤️
