Women's mental health conditions have long been underdiagnosed and undertreated, leaving many without the care they need. On World Mental Health Day, we're amplifying the importance of mental health awareness and advocacy for women, acknowledging the challenges that persist. Panorama is excited to partner with the newly launched Global Fund for Women’s Mental Health, powered and advised by kate spade new york. Building on Kate Spade New York’s long-term commitment to this issue, the fund focuses on bringing needed investment and increased access to community-led mental health interventions for women and girls. The fund also champions innovative solutions that enhance care access and support organizations dedicated to women’s health throughout their lives. https://lnkd.in/g4-cWumK #WorldMentalHealthDay

We are excited to announce a new funding opportunity from The Type 1 Diabetes Community Fund, in partnership with The Helmsley Charitable Trust. Type 1 diabetes (T1D) is a complex chronic disease that is challenging to manage in any setting. Crucial gaps in health services mean that #T1D can be a fatal diagnosis for many in low- and middle-income countries. Panorama Global partnered with The Helmsley Charitable Trust to launch The Type 1 Diabetes Community Fund to strengthen the ecosystem of community-based type 1 diabetes organizations in low- and middle-income countries. We invite eligible community-based organizations supporting people living with type 1 #diabetes in low- and middle-income countries to review the RFP and apply. We also encourage all to share this opportunity with your networks! The application is open now until December 9, 2024. Learn more and apply: https://bit.ly/4esd6jN

Panorama Global’s the T1D Community Fund works to address barriers to #T1D care globally by centering local, community-based strategies that increase access to life-saving care. Community-based organizations play an essential role in providing type 1 diabetes care in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC). Though often disconnected from discussions that shape regional and global health systems, CBOs uniquely tailor solutions to the needs of their communities. More than 300 organizations applied to The T1D Community Fund’s last funding opportunity, providing insight into the breadth of organizations and work serving people living with type one diabetes in LMICs. Read our key takeaways and stay tuned for the next funding opportunity coming soon! https://bit.ly/4c4H5NA
