The PANTHERx Rare team is thrilled to sponsor and participate in this year’s debra Care Conference (DCC) later this month in Atlanta! debra of America is the leading national nonprofit improving the lives of those impacted by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), "the worst disease you've never heard of." EB is a rare group of inherited skin disorders that cause blisters and tears in the skin and other areas after minor trauma or friction. Today PANTHERx Rare announced the appointment of Bansi Nagji as CEO effective August 1, 2024. In this role, Mr. Nagji will continue his existing service as a member of the Company’s board of directors. Rob Snyder, the Company’s current co-founder and CEO, will become full-time Executive Chair of PANTHERx Rare, also effective August 1.   These executive appointments complement the company’s existing deep leadership bench and rapidly growing team of professionals dedicated to expert and empathetic patient care. PANTHERx Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer   We are excited to share that Arik Moav has joined the PANTHERx team as our new Chief Financial Officer and a key member of our Executive Leadership Team.   Arik has extensive leadership experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, and Strategy in private and public companies in healthcare, health-tech, fintech, and software. He has experience working for private equity and venture capital backed firms, mature or early-stage, including founding and running his own company.   Most recently, Arik was CFO at CARET, a B2B software company. Previously, Arik was SVP of Finance at GoodRx, where he built and scaled the finance team and led the IPO process taking the company public. Prior to that, Arik founded and led a fintech firm and held finance and strategy leadership roles at RealtyMogul and Amgen.   The CFO role is a critical one for any company but is especially critical for us at our stage of growth. Arik’s experience in healthcare and his passion for helping patients make him the perfect addition to the team to help us execute on our short- and long-term strategic priorities.

Despite the Buccos not clinching the win, the beautiful weather and the amazing company made it a day to remember.
