Meet Brian Flajole, one of our P5G partners. Brian leads the Experience team and serves as the on-site ED at various golf events. He is full of infectious energy, encourages people to work to their best capacity, and is always the biggest supporter of the team. Hometown: Kirkland, Washington Favorite way to spend your free time: My favorite way to spend my free time is with my wife and entire family or salmon fishing around the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. My brothers and dad have taken annual fishing trips to Alaska for years and enjoyed the outdoors and wilderness. My daughter's recent wedding was a highlight, walking her down the aisle and celebrating with all our family together. What has been the most fun part about starting a new company? The most fun part has been the partners and our employees. The five of us who started Par 5 are all great, hardworking, and fun-to-be-around people. We have been able to find the very best staff to join us in this adventure, and I am thankful for all their commitment and hard work in taking this chance with us. Best advice you’ve received? My best advice for people just getting into the business is to get your foot in the door first, no matter what it takes. Then, don’t be afraid to move around the country to take new opportunities and learn new roles and responsibilities. And last, take chances. Find some good mentors in the industry and follow along the path with them, no matter where it may sometimes lead. What is the most memorable event you’ve been a part of? I have been fortunate to have been a part of many great events, but the most recent and part of Par5 must be the first event in Portland. There were so many unknowns with LIV and Sean, and I moved to Portland and worked around the clock to figure things out quickly. While we both got Covid the first day of the tournament, we still drove to the parking lot, which overlooked the Shotgun start, so we could watch as our Par5 Team execute the beginning of the first LIV event. It was a wild, exhausting, yet rewarding experience I will never forget. Favorite album & artist: I like all types of music, Prince and Purple Reign is high on the list as is 70’s rock and Bruce Springsteen Which Par 5-er do you think would be the best comedian and why? David Fox, he has a great dry and smarta$$ sense of humor Describe Par 5 Group in 1 word:  Incredible

Meet Laura Caleal Seguin, our Senior Director of Experiences. She is a team player, works hard, and has a big heart that makes everyone a better person. Hometown: Bloomfield, MI Who has been your most influential mentor? I have been very fortunate to have worked with numerous talented people throughout my career, whether in sports or the nonprofit world. I have tried to take away valuable lessons and advice from each of them. What's your favorite thing about your job? Two things – 1. The people. 2. Every day is different. One day we could be planning a high-end party and the next discussing restrooms. Favorite quote: Do your job. – Bill Belichik What does your ideal Saturday look like?  A morning run alone, followed by an afternoon at the beach with my family. Best P5G memory? Getting the call from Sean and Brian to help with Transportation in 2022 has turned into so much more!

Meet Eli Snyder, a member of our Experience Team! Her infectious smile, huge heart, and great teamwork make her an invaluable team member. Hometown: Fort Wayne, IN College: Syracuse University - Go Orange! Notable alumni: Jenna Curry and Charma Harris 😊 Favorite work moment: Bedminster 2022 – it was my first event and first milestone in my career, 2 months out of college. I spent a lot of time and learned so much from Jenna and  Tim leading up to the event. We worked hard, but it was always fun – something Tim & the partners have always placed importance on, which I really appreciate. Favorite movie? That’s tough.. top 3: Good Will Hunting, Remember the Titans, Armageddon. Who do you look up to within Par5Group? Everyone! I am a rookie amongst vets – everyone at P5G is the best of the best, and I’m lucky to learn from them every day. What’s something you’re bad at & something you’re good at? I am bad at playing golf and good at trivia, specifically at The Royal. What do you like to do in your free time? I love to hang out with my friends in Chicago, visit my family, play sports, spend time outdoors, and eat pizza. What’s something you’re proud of? I am very proud of my parents, both Navy Veterans. I appreciate the sacrifice they and all veterans have made for our country.
