A huge congratulations to the Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse for winning the Idaho Business Review's Top Project of the year! Anyone who worked on this project or has seen this incredible facility knows what a positive impact it has on our community already. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to represent the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation on this one-of-a kind project. Thank you to everyone who came together, donated, and collaborated to make this vision a reality. It took an entire community to bring this to life, and we couldn't be prouder of the result!

Exciting news for Nampa! We are proud to represent Exyte as they expand operations at the Fuller 84 Industrial Park. With the establishment of their subsidiaries - Diversified Fluid Solutions, Exyte Technology, and NEHP Inc., this expansion will not only enhance the semiconductor industry in our region but also create over 250 high-paying jobs for our community. A huge thank you to the City of Nampa, Idaho, Idaho Department of Commerce, and Boise Valley Economic Partnership (BVEP) for their support in bringing this vital development to life. We are looking forward to see the positive impact this development has on the Treasure Valley!

We're honored to represent the Diocese of Boise on their new Chancery project and had an incredible groundbreaking ceremony last Sunday – the turnout was amazing! This was one of the largest ground-breaking events we've had in a while, and we want to thank the community for their support. Huge shoutout to everyone who’s put in so much time, energy, and effort to get The Diocese to this point. We're excited to finally be moving forward with this project and can't wait to see the end result!

We had a great time at the Idaho Botanical Gardens' Farm to Table(aux) event last week, celebrating their 40th anniversary! Thank you to the IBG team, vendors, donors, and volunteers for making the evening a success as they continue with their capital campaign. The garden’s vision is truly inspiring, and we’re excited to see how they continue enriching the community as they work on their expansion!

On August 10th, we celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Idaho Novus Classical Academy in Avimor! It was incredible to see the community come out to support INCA on this special day. The excitement among students, staff, and the entire community for the new school was truly inspiring. INCA partners with families to provide students with a rich American classical education, and we're proud to have been a part of bringing this vision to life. The collaboration and dedication from everyone involved were instrumental in making this project a success. We’re excited to announce the completion of Elevate Academy in Idaho Falls! The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place last Thursday, just in time for the first day of school yesterday. We are thrilled for the staff and students who have this wonderful school to call home. A huge thank you to our own Cole Coba, the Elevate Academy team, erstad, Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI), and everyone who played a role in bringing this project to life.

Last Thursday marked a significant milestone with the ribbon cutting for The Center at the Canyon County Fair Expo! This impressive 45,000-square-foot facility is set to bring new opportunities to the Canyon County Fair and the wider community. The ribbon cutting was timed perfectly to coincide with the opening of this year’s 138th Canyon County Fair. The new facility includes a 30,000-square-foot air-conditioned expo hall, indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, and the new administrative offices for the Fair. The Center is designed to meet the distinctive needs and strengths of the community, fostering collaboration, creating exceptional opportunities, and driving innovation. It was a great project to be a part of, and we want to thank everyone involved, including HC Company, Inc., Cole Architects, City of Caldwell, Idaho, Canyon County.

Boys & Girls Club Kuna Ribbon Cutting!🎀 Last Friday, we gathered to celebrate the grand opening of this wonderful new facility in Kuna, a project 18 years in the making. Seeing this vision finally come to life is a huge achievement. This space is now open to the children of Kuna, providing an invaluable resource for this community. Congratulations to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County and to everyone who has contributed over the years!
