Kendall Ellis is proving that being a top athlete means more than just hours on the track. 🏃♀️👩💻✨ As a 2x Olympian and world record holder, Kendall’s career demands intense focus and discipline. But she’s learned that balancing life beyond athletics is just as important. For Kendall, enjoying time with loved ones, exploring museums, and indulging her love for YouTube are all part of her formula for success. Using Microsoft Copilot, she’s been tracking her well-being, discovering how time spent away from the sport fuels her performance. 📈 The data? Clear proof that life beyond the track isn’t a distraction — it’s a necessity for some athletes striving for their best. Kendall’s message to other athletes is simple: Embrace your own unique path to success and never feel guilty for having interests outside your sport. 💓 🔗 to the full story: https://lnkd.in/etqF76GT #ParityAthletePOV #Olympian #TrackAndField #Microsoft #MicrosoftCopilot #DataTracking #DataDriven

It was truly a remarkable time last night at the Women's Sports Foundation’s annual salute gala celebrating the organization’s 50 years of impact. So many highlights throughout the evening! Some of my favorite moments include: - Hearing Julie Foudy talk so passionately about the significance of Billie Jean King’s support and influence throughout her career - Seeing the one and only Mary Carillo impersonate Ferris Bueller (it made full sense at the time, I promise!) - Chatting with inspirational marathon pioneer Kathrine Switzer who basically convinced me to think about running another marathon (and reminded me to stretch my quads) - Meeting 1999 USWNT member Saskia Weber and hearing how much she loves her second career of commentating - Hearing the outpouring of love for the incomparable Ilana Kloss who was recognized for everything she’s done for WSF over the years, including shepherding it through the 2008-2009 financial crisis - Running into all kinds of people whom I’d only met over video calls before, as well as multiple people I’ve seen multiple times in the last month (hello, conference season) My only regret: I underestimated the sheer scale of this event and didn’t have enough time to track down all the Parity athletes who were in attendance! But it was super cool to see many of you elevated throughout the evening. Huge congrats to Olga Harvey, Sarah Axelson and everyone at WSF and Billie Jean King Enterprises for a memorable evening.

Connecting brands with the power of professional women athletes | Enterprise Key Account Manager at Parity
Sports Business Journal Game Changers has become one of my favorite events each year. It is so inspiring to be in a room filled with motivated and powerful women in sports. The highlight of this year's trip was celebrating our fearless leader, Leela Srinivasan, as she was recognized as a 2024 Game Changer. Leela's commitment to the advancement of women's sports is unparalleled, and it was great to see her join the list of remarkable women! Other highlights included hearing from Nicole Lynn and her journey to becoming a dominant sports agent (while balancing being a wife & mom), meeting my fellow Ball State Cardinal Brooke Faw, and catching up with my old teammates (& newly added Futures Cohort members!) Laura Diaz and Kristen Condo.
