  • William Park, president of Pinnacle Construction and Development, offered an optimistic outlook on solving the affordable housing crisis in Central Virginia while representing the company at the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Affordable Housing Summit on March 13th. He emphasized that while the region's beauty and high demand for housing drive up prices, the solution lies in a combination of creative approaches such as leveraging low-interest financing, real estate tax incentives, donated land, and faster approval processes so the region can increase its housing supply. He remains hopeful that with the right mix of strategies, lasting progress can be made to address the housing challenges. https://lnkd.in/e3jKsKhv
