Wanted to give a huge shout out to Parse Biosciences for all their support in getting our protocol going for single cell and single nuclei RNA seq! We were able to characterize multiple cell populations including microglia, astrocytes, neurons, oligodendrocytes (and more!) in our model of Alzheimer’s disease and their response to C5aR1 inhibition. Great talking to y’all at SFN! Check out the manuscript, recently published in Nature Communications, here: https://lnkd.in/dZVaj-B2
