    This week, PartnerTulsa announced that the Tulsa Development Authority (TDA) has been awarded a $990,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Innovative Finance and Asset Concession Grant Program (IFACGP). This grant is part of a larger $49.46 million initiative to boost urban infrastructure through President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, aiming to foster economic growth and community revitalization across the nation. This grant represents yet another critical milestone in our collective efforts to secure the resources necessary to implement the community-led vision outlined in the Kirkpatrick Heights-Greenwood Master Plan and unlock the full potential of existing assets to create new opportunities for growth.     PartnerTulsa is actively seeking over $22 million in EPA Community Change Grants through multiple avenues to drive sustainable development, address critical environmental concerns, and provide foundational seed capital for the implementation of the Kirkpatrick Heights-Greenwood Master Plan. These funds will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to the community’s vision. Additionally, in collaboration with the City of Tulsa and key local organizations, PartnerTulsa is focused on enhancing stormwater management systems, improving urban landscaping, and establishing a community resilience hub. This initiative aims to mitigate environmental impacts near the butane terminal and Highway 244, while strategically connecting the new Ben Hill Recreation Center, Rudisill Library and the "Stitch." We’re working hard to make these projects a reality! Stay tuned for updates.

    🏘️ A Major Milestone for Tulsa's Housing Development 🏘️ The transformation of the Eugene Field neighborhood, located west of downtown, is nearing completion with the final phase of the River West housing development. As the last 80 units prepare for move-in, the $180 million Choice Neighborhoods Implementation project will officially be completed, marking the largest investment in affordable housing in Tulsa’s history. This project represents years of collaboration and dedication, and it's a huge step toward addressing the need for more housing in our city.
