In situations like these Pascal’s clamp PLA can help! The PLA is durable and will ensure that machining operations can continue seamlessly, so that you will not have to keep replacing clamps. Fabrication Friday is here~ 🎥Check out this video of our die clamping system! -Place the clamp on the die -Clamp -Unclamp -Remove the clamp from the die -Secure the clamp in a holder when not in use Pascal die clamps are available in several types, and one of our safety favorites is the TXA model with a die detection proximity switch that prevents clamps from being misplaced. Its Molding Monday! Watch our rotator in action as it repositions a giant 12 ton concrete block! Sound warning 📢 A rotator can be used to safely rotate molds, dies, coils, wire rolls and other large components. It rotates in just 15-60 seconds! Its Workholding Wednesday! Want to maximize your workspace and get better tool accessibility? Expand your horizons with an expansion clamp! Pascal expansion clamps help you to save space in the workroom because they can be used with a compact jig. Clamping a piece securely from the bottom with an expansion clamp will ensure that the metal does not get deformed in the process, whereas clamping it from the top might cause the workpiece to bend. When working on a piece, tool accessibility is key. If too many things are blocking access, the process is difficult because you will have to work around other clamps and you may need a variety of tool sizes at your disposal. Expansion clamps make things more accessible and machining can be approached from any direction because there are no obstructions.
