Paschal tip! Watch out for the crusher killers - wood, rubber and steel. Steel can be easily detected with magnets and metal detectors, but wood and rubber can be tougher to catch. Tired of having a moat around your sand product pile? Is your end user complaining about the moisture content in their sand deliveries? McLanahan Corporation's Ultra-Dry System has proven to be a very effective solution for producing a drip-free sand while minimizing waste to the ponds. A McLanahan fine material screw washer transfers it's product to a dewatering screen that reduces moisture in the final product creating an easily stackable sand. The dirty water coming through the screen is collected in a slurry tank and pumped back to the sand screw via a McLanahan slurry pump to ensure any sand size particles are recirculated back to the product.
