Good Morning Family: May I offer 5 suggestions for your consideration to help participates keep in time during an audio event: Set clear time expectations upfront. In the event description, specify the start and end times, and mention that you'll be strict about timing to respect everyone's schedules. Use a visible countdown timer on your screen that attendees can see. This creates a sense of urgency and accountability. Assign a dedicated timekeeper. Have someone monitoring the clock and giving you hand signals when time is running out for each segment. Implement a "talk token" system. Only the person holding the token (virtual or physical) can speak at that moment, limiting rambling. Use suggestive language like "In the interest of time..." or "To allow others to speak..." when gently interrupting someone who is going over their allotted time. Hope this adds value.
