"Janice has been such an incredible addition to our PassportUSA team since the day she arrived in the U.S. She goes above and beyond for her work, her patients, and ensures the care she provides is top tier. As a mother of three, she focuses on ensuring that the care she provides to her patients is the care she as a mother would want for her own children. Janice has received so much recognition from her facility, patients, and leadership both at CHOA and at PPUSA. In her most recent feedback provided by her evaluator, the Assistant Nurse Manager in the PICU gave Janice 5 stars across the board and had the following feedback, "Janice has been a wonderful addition to our PICU team. She shows up to each and every shift with a smile and ready to work hard. She is able to clinically manage high acuity patients and serves as a great resource to her peers. She is always finding time to check in on her neighbors to help them get through busy shifts." A patient shared, ""Janice has been very kind and welcoming during our stay. She has kept us updated and answered any questions. Janice has really been the calm during the storm, and I am so grateful for her. I never mind asking questions/help rather than making a mistake since we’re handling precious lives … and being mindful that… if it’s not charted, then it is not done." Her colleague wanted to recognize her for the amazing work she does! He is impressed with the strong ways that she cares for her patients and he is so grateful to work alongside her. He said, ""Keep up the great work, your colleagues notice and are loving having you as part of their team!"" Initially it sounded like a far away dream. After I submitted my application, reality dawned on me that it was a true journey. I successfully went through an interview after which I started moving step by step. Of course, success does not come on a silver platter, there have been road blocks and disappointments through the entire process, however, PassportUSA has been there for me. All those who were involved in each step of the process real supported me and patiently guided me. They encouraged me to keep going even when it seemed impossible on my side. My IDA, Katelyn, was very supportive and patient with me even when there were delays on my side. She plus the entire PassportUSA team made my US dream become a reality. My favorite moments were the monthly phone calls and friendly chats which I always looked forward to. Its climax is when I received my flight tickets. To you all who have given me support and encouragement I am forever thankful. If you are a nurse, desiring to work in the USA, I recommend PassportUSA for you. Your USRN journey starts here. Welcome to the USA, Cathrina and family! Achieve your American dream like Cathrina and register today: https://hubs.li/Q02lWmD20 "I first joined HC in November 2021. I submitted my resume online and 2 days after I received a call from an HC representative asking me to visit their office for an interview. On the interview, the representative explained very well the program they are offering to me, and 3 days after, I signed a contract. My journey is not a walk in the park. I experienced a lot of delays but my advisors, Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Liza, are very supportive. They gave me updated timelines and helped me prepare my paperwork. When my priority date became current, I was able to secure an ID at the US Embassy, and finally, by God’s grace, we got our visas as a family! I’d like to thank Health Carousel for embracing me patiently as I have minimal work experience. They trusted me all along. You can trust them too! For all nurses who aspire to reach for their American dream, lastly, thank you Madam Liza for your understanding, support, and guidance so that I can finally achieve my American dream. To all my fellow nurses, work hard and do not be discouraged when you face bumps ahead. Be determined and pray always to achieve your American dream. Every single delay was worth it! Thank you Health Carousel for this life-changing opportunity." - Cathrina RN #Testimonial #HCPArrival #NurseExperience #HealthcareJourney #NurseintheUSA #USRN #WorkintheUS #NursingJobs #NursingProfession #USJob #HealthcareProfessional #Celebrate #USVisa #Immigration #journeytosuccess #VisaSponsorship #EB3Visa #GreenCard #ImmigrationJourney

Congratulations to Sony, RN for being a DAISY Awardee! Are you a registered nurse like Sony? Register today: https://hubs.li/Q02NntC20 Her IES testifies to how Sony have her all. "Sony arrived here in the US back in June of 2022 and started at her first facility in July of 2022. Things unfortunately didn’t work out at that facility and both party’s went their separate ways in the end of 2022. There were many struggles with this as Sony had built a community there and enjoyed the environment she worked in. But Sony was understanding in the decision and worked tirelessly to transfer to a area and a new facility. We landed on her current facility in Ashland Kentucky, where she started up again in March of 2023. Since day one, Sony put in 110% at her current facility, which was reflected with an outstanding first performance review from the facility. Her check in calls with me also highlighted the real family environment the facility and her unit exuded, which made her ability to care for her patient population that much easier. This past July, we were informed that Kings Daughters was going to be awarding Sony with a Daisy award and they invited Health Carousel down to celebrate Sony’s accomplishment. I had the honor to meet Sony for the first time and celebrate I her Daisy, she has said how much this meant to receive such an award and how it is a driving force behind her passion for nursing. It shows Sony’s unbelievable perseverance and strong will to not only move to a new facility but to excel. She deserved this award as she embodies all the qualities and more of a nurse." - Danny, IES #SuccessStory #DAISYWinner #CareerAchievement #NurseSuccess #HealthcareJourney #InternationalNurses #NurseintheUSA #USRN #WorkintheUS #NursingJobs #NursingProfession #USJob #HealthcareProfessional #Celebrate #USVisa #Immigration #journeytosuccess #VisaSponsorship #EB3Visa #GreenCard #ImmigrationJourney

Welcome to the USA, Alyza Mae! Are you a registered nurse like Alyza? Register today and get FREE US relocation: https://hubs.li/Q02lWmD20 "I joined the program 5 years ago, when I just passed the board exam and got my first job here in the Philippines. Looking back at my application process, it was smooth sailing because all I have to do is to comply with the requirements that my advisors requested me to send. Even in the midst of the pandemic, my advisors didn't fail to call and email me their regards. I am grateful to all of my advisors starting from the recruitment team until my deployment advisor, Ma'am Janis, for their hardwork dedication and patience with me along the process. What I learned during the process is that even though it may take some time, if you don't give up on your dreams and pursue wholeheartedly God will make a way! To my fellow nurses and other professions under the agency with ongoing application, your time will come in God's perfect timing, enjoy the process and always communicate with your advisors. They are willing to help and guide you all throughout your journey." - Alyza Mae, RN #Testimonial #HCPArrival #NurseExperience #HealthcareJourney #WorkintheUSA #USRN #NurseJourney #NursingintheUSA #Immigration #FilipinoNurse #ImmigrationProcess #GreenCard #EB3Visa
