Last week I attended our annual The Photo Managers conference in Columbus, OH. I presented for the first time to a live audience 😱 As an introvert, public speaking is not something I typically seek out. But I felt the topic (using archival workflows for family collections) was important enough for me to overcome my reluctance and share with my peers. I was also lucky enough to have my case study-turned-co-presenter with me as well - another fellow introvert! She did great, and shared her personal photo journey and archival approach with the class. We made it through the class alive and well 😅 We're both grateful for our community of like-minded photo managers and the leadership of Cathi Nelson and the rest of the TPM team for making this another terrific event. And hat's off to the excellent work shared by our peers -so much learning and development! The best part - I have more tools, knowledge and experience now to share with my clients. #lifelonglearning #familyphotos
