Not only do they guide our companies but they get into the ‘mud’ of strategic direction As a Board member and investor I was very impressed by the results.     This week, The Jensen Project set aside time to consider its processes and strategies for furthering the anti-trafficking movement. Stacy Pearson from Paterson Center facilitated group discussions about what is working well at The Jensen Project and what needs to change. StratOp exercises like these are also a common third-party resource we offer to GrantTank partners. We know that running a nonprofit isn't easy and that it takes as much, if not more, effort and attention as running a for-profit business. After taking advantage of this third-party resource ourselves this week, our team members are left feeling inspired and ready to take on what comes next. #PatersonCenter #nonprofit #endtrafficking #endsexualviolence
