The Virginia Business Magazine has named Patriot Group International, Inc. as it’s 2024 Best Places to Work (Large Business) in Virginia.  This PGI’s 7th consecutive year on the list. Patriot Group International, Inc. has previously won the mid-size business category in 2023, 2nd in 2022, #1 in 2020 and 2021, and #3 in 2019 and 2018 (Small Business Category).    The Best Companies group selects the businesses for the honor by surveying the employees of each company. The survey categories include; company culture, leadership and planning, role satisfaction, corporate communication, work environment, supervisor relationship, training, benefits, and overall engagement.   Participation in Best Places to Work “provides us with great insight on some of our shortcomings,” says CEO Gregory Craddock. “Through the process of continual improvement, we get better.”  “That has been fruitful for us and for our employees [Robert] Whitfield says. Yesterday Patriot Group International completed their annual philanthropy day with Willing Warriors at their Warrior Retreat at Bull Run in Haymarket, VA. Willing Warriors is a privately-funded 501 (c)(3) charitable organization offering cost-free getaways from the hospital environment where Warriors and their families can come to relax, spend quality time together, and reconnect. Their programs include more than 40+ cost-free educational and recreational activities, including seminars that address the issues of dealing with PTS and TBI. The intended outcome of these retreat stays is the Warrior and their family members return to the routine of rebuilding their lives feeling refreshed and inspired. PGI volunteered by completing tasks such as yard work, cleaning, organizing and planning for their upcoming family stays.
