Carl Evans—Integrity: Carl, an avionics team leader, represents our Integrity pillar with accountability, respect, and unwavering dedication to the company's greater good. Even under pressure, Carl remains calm, listens to suggestions, and takes responsibility when things go unplanned. His prompt follow-through and respectful demeanor make him a stellar example of integrity. Vanessa Geidel—Collaborative/Inclusive: Despite her busy schedule, she consistently finds time to assist others, share knowledge, and help with approvals and project audits. Our exceptional in-house Organizational Designation Authorization (ODA-955292-NE) capabilities allow ALOFT to provide complete aircraft modification services, including FAA STC installation design certification. This unique privilege enables the STC ODA to efficiently manage essential certification tasks, including issuing and approving the STC on behalf of the FAA. ALOFT has strategically partnered with various Unit Members to work with the ODA to ensure compliance from the design phase through final testing and approval.
