A Los Angeles native, Paul Salazar began his real estate career in 2006 after completing his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at UC-Riverside and traveling extensively on Semester at Sea. While at UC-Riverside, Paul was a four-year member of the school’s NCAA Division 1 soccer program, earning team MVP accolades his senior year. Paul’s competitive spirit has translated directly into his passion, motivation, and dedication to building relationships with new clientele and helping them find their dream homes. Paul has worked with Hilton & Hyland since 2009, during which time he has established particular expertise in luxury properties in Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Venice, Marina Del Rey, and Malibu. Paul also specializes in remarketing properties that have lingered on the market and have difficulty being sold. Since beginning his career in 2006, Paul has been responsible for the sale of over half a billion dollars in real estate. Paul’s distinguished and select portfolio of past and present clientele includes celebrities, professional athletes, CEOs, business managers, high-profile attorneys, and employees at some of the world’s largest companies, including Google. An investor himself, Paul owns several properties throughout Southern California, including an 8-unit apartment complex. In his spare time, Paul enjoys volunteering for organizations like Habitat for Humanity and traveling around the globe. He also donates yearly to the SAS Alumni Fund, UCR Athletic Department and other nonprofits.
