  • The General Foreman Conference was a fantastic opportunity for some of our outstanding field leaders to connect with each other and key Corporate partners. This powerhouse event recently brought foremen and general foremen from branches nationwide together to learn new skills, engage with company leadership, and strengthen their big-picture perspective. One key takeaway came from attendee Dwayne McCaslin, PCI Metro, who shared the biggest skill he’s honed in this role: "Communication has been huge. I learned I had to step back and look at the bigger picture, realizing I need to be connecting with other trades, contractors, and the office. It's about spotting problems and opportunities earlier." On top of all the great learning, attendees also enjoyed team-building activities like Top Golf and a dinner with key leaders. Thank you to all who participated—you make us #PCIproud! 🌟 #generalforeman

  • We're wrapping up the summer with some amazing activities across our branches! PCI Livermore kicked off their morning with a pancake breakfast, courtesy of chefs Melina Dykes and Ryan Ward. It wasn’t just about the pancakes—this was a great team-building moment, bringing everyone together to start the day on a positive note. Regional Manager Adrian Mendoza shared, "I love the initiative they took! The PCI Livermore team turned an ordinary day into a memorable one, fueling our teams and culture." 🥞 PCI Albany also focused on team-building and employee wellness this summer. From white water rafting, which tested trust and teamwork, to partnering with a local barbershop for a Back to School initiative where they provided a local school with 10 fully stocked backpack kits, they’ve been busy creating meaningful moments. Their FUN Committee has been key in organizing these opportunities for employees to bond and give back. 🎒 PCI Houston had an unforgettable weekend at the PCI BBQ Cook-Off, where they welcomed PCI Austin and customers for a day of fun and flavor. From PCI-branded meats sizzling on the grill to a lively photo booth and a live band, it was the perfect mix of delicious food, music, dancing, and memory-making. The event truly highlighted our commitment to quality and building strong relationships, all while living out our 7th core value—being a fun company! 🕺 PCI San Diego Marine’s 7th Annual Family Picnic at Santee Lakes was a hit! Employees and their families enjoyed organized games for kids, cornhole and horseshoes for adults, and entertainment like bounce houses, face painting, and a caricature artist. Delicious food and a raffle capped off the day. It’s always a joy to celebrate our hardworking teams! #PCIproud #SummerVibes #BuildingCulture #TeamBuilding #FunCompany

Lajonte, Josh, Jason, Martin, and Ismael immediately began performing CPR, while Brandon and Adrian swiftly located and operated an AED. Thanks to their quick thinking and coordinated efforts, they saved their teammate’s life, ensuring he could be safely transported for further care. 🚑🦺 We also commend Chris Banks, Evan Dick, and Brad McCord from PCI Indianapolis for their commitment to Safety, Integrity, and Employee Well-Being. • We are incredibly proud to announce that Mike Hill, our Director of National Safety, was honored with the National Safety Council's Distinguished Service to Safety Award at the 2024 NSC Congress and Expo. Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated exceptional leadership, overseeing safety for more than 10,000 employees. His dedication to building a strong safety culture is reflected in his leadership of our team to create Safety University, an essential part of our ongoing commitment to safety excellence. Our recent Safety University united attendees with key leaders, vendors, and field experts for in-depth discussions on new safety methods, proper PPE usage, and peer-to-peer sharing of real-world safety scenarios. A powerful highlight was Brandon Anderson of AGC of Missouri’s talk on suicide prevention. This training reinforced collaboration between our Safety team, Superintendents, and Strategic Development, ensuring that we continue to improve and support one another on every job site. Together, we are shaping the future of safety at PCI. Congratulations to Mike and thank you to all who contributed to Safety U! 🦺🌟 #PCIproud #SafetyFirst #NSCAwards #TeamSafety #SafetyCulture
