Our work continues on the NORTH BERRIEN FIRE RESCUE addition. The structure is buttoned up, including finishing the roof, and we are progressing on interior work now that all the new windows have been placed. We have been excited about this grand opening for a while now. Our thanks to South Shore Health & Racquet Club for choosing our construction crews, and in-house architectural design team, TERA Architects, for this project that included a 30,000 square foot addition - complete with pickleball courts, a lounge area, and a bar. “At Pearson Construction we were delighted to partner with South Shore on this exiting Design-Build project to expand the health club and bring state-of-the-art indoor pickleball courts to Southwest Michigan. Having constructed the original building in 1976, it has been a privilege to continue partnering with Sarah and Jake Lancaster as they carry on and enhance the legacy of the South Shore Health and Racquet Club."
