Louis Henry 𝘉𝘈, 𝘔𝘚𝘤 serves as our Global Manager for Quality at our Leighton Buzzard, UK facility. A dedicated professional, he ensures we meet and exceed industry standards and market expectations. Louis holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing from DeMontfort University, Leicester, and an MSc in Strategic Quality Management from Portsmouth University, where he graduated with distinction in 2021. With a decade of experience as a microbiologist in the food industry, he specialized in testing for pathogenic bacteria before joining Peli BioThermal in 2016 as a Quality Engineer, contributing to key projects like Credo Cargo and Coolpall Flex. Promoted to Quality Manager for Global Services in 2019, Louis helped Peli BioThermal establish 15 service centers worldwide and advance various innovative programs. In early 2023, he transitioned to Global Manager for Quality, overseeing Peli BioThermal’s global services and EMEA & APAC manufacturing. His focus is on modernizing systems, enhancing product development, and integrating organizational units for greater agility.
