PeliCRM197®
The PeliCRM197® carrier protein, produced using Pelican’s state-of-the-art Pseudomonas fluorescens–based Pelican Expression Technology® platform, is the first and only commercially available cGMP compliant CRM197 to be used in a marketed conjugate vaccine. CRM197 is a genetically detoxified version of diphtheria toxin that has been used as a carrier protein in conjugate vaccines for over three decades. Pelican’s PeliCRM197® carrier protein boasts better quality, higher purity, and greater scalability compared to other commercially produced CRM197s.
