Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) is one of seven PEOs within Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). IWS is the only PEO charged with the specific mission to develop, deliver and sustain operationally dominant Combat Systems to the United States Navy and our maritime allies. In short, we are the world's premier maritime Combat Systems engineering and acquisition organization, providing "Sea Power to the Hands of our Naval Force."

You will manage complex software and hardware-intensive development programs (technology evolution, modernization, capability improvements and ship modernization and maintenance) to meet specific performance and lifecycle requirements. You will evaluate program and risk management associated PEO IWS platform projects including requirements development, system integration and testing and evaluation. You will lead in communications with stakeholders while monitoring cost, schedule and performance of both industry and government partners. You will be responsible to oversee the administration of contracts, award of new contracts, and in establishment of budget priorities. You will use an understanding of basic budgetary, accounting, and general financial management principles and techniques to manage long range planning of programs and objectives.
