Ryan Gruhala (Endsley) has been hired as CEO of HospiceServe, Pera's shared service entity, and will be responsible for all shared service activities and operations for Hospice Care of America. Ryan brings 18 years of experience as an executive in multi-site senior living and post-acute care. Kara Justis, with deep experience in developing best practices in sales & marketing for hospice and palliative care agencies, has been hired as Chief Commercial Officer. Previously VP of Strategic Consulting for a prominent Healthcare Data Solutions firm, Kara will be responsible for all sales, marketing and commercial activity for PERA and its subsidiaries.
