It is an understatement to say that we are pretty dang excited to be working with the team of pioneers at South Downtown Atlanta. Last month, we started the interior demo phase of buildings at two iconic corners of Atlanta's new "IT" intersection--Mitchell and Broad. This is just the first step in bringing these 5 buildings to life--we can't wait to continue the transformation! If you're out and about in SoDo, say hi to Daniel Powers, our leader in the field. You'll likely see him keeping an eye on our sites, finding historic treasures buried within these vintage spaces, or crushing his cameos in promo reels.

Welcome to the team, Mary Didier, E.I.T.!!🎉 Mary joins us as our newest Assistant Project Manager, bringing a wealth of structural experience and a passion for community-driven projects. An Atlanta native with her engineering degree from Georgia Tech, she'll complete her Master's in Structural Engineering from her alma mater this spring. Mary is an analytical thinker and creative problem-solver who will be an incredible asset to EVERY project team. September marks an exciting milestone for Peter Constructive. Two years ago, Greg Powell joined as the first official company hire. Our team has certainly grown since then, but Greg remains a leader among us. Consistently raising the bar, tackling challenges with creative problem solving, ensuring success for our entire project teams and putting people first are our core tenets, and no one better exemplifies how we work than Greg. To our salty crocodile—thanks for being track one on our mix tape of greatest hits. 

We've had more than our share of projects on the ATL Beltline, but this is our first project IN the Beltline🛴. The NW trail has some tricky turns, including the approach to Northside Drive which requires that this building corner be modified for the trail to come through. We're already jealous of the the future tenants here!

New Project Alert 📣 : The Lodge on Moreland Avenue! This historic building, originally a Grand Masonic Lodge with a Kroger on the lower level, is getting a new chapter as part of larger development we'll be working on! Stay tuned for updates on this adaptive reuse project as we breathe new life into this hidden gem. #adaptivereuse #historicpreservation

We recently welcomed Ivan Rouse to the team as a Superintendent. He's spent that last decade running adaptive reuse and renovation projects within the City of Atlanta. Ivan spent much of his early career working for local nonprofits in service & self-development of others, which makes him a perfect fit for our #humanfirst approach to construction. 🤝
