We are proud to announce that 𝗣𝗕𝗜’𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 (EMR) has dropped to an 𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝟬.𝟱𝟰 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰! This outstanding achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to creating a safe and healthy work environment.  What does EMR mean? It measures a company’s workers’ compensation claims history and compares it to industry averages. A lower EMR indicates fewer workplace injuries. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗕𝗜, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 – 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆. At PBI, safety isn’t just a priority – it’s embedded in our culture. We’re thrilled to share our recent experience with Habitat for Humanity’s 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺!  Our team at 𝗣𝗕𝗜 was honored to participate in this amazing initiative, building playhouses for two deserving children, one boy and one girl. We had an absolute blast working together to create these special spaces, and we’re so proud of what we accomplished in just a few hours! Our 𝗣𝗕𝗜 team from the 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗙𝗜𝗦) 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 recently met for a special safety luncheon at Salt Grass Steakhouse. It was an afternoon to express our gratitude for their hard work on this successful project. Team members celebrated with a delicious meal, and each received a 30 Quart Engel cooler as a small token of appreciation.  We also honored employees for their years of service with special recognition awards! Congratulations to Jose R. (15 years), Juan G. (10 years), Thomas O. (5 years), and Shanidiin K. (1 year) on their years of service with PBI!  And, as a reminder of our commitment to safety, our employees who’ve completed a year with PBI all received new Safety Harnesses.  Thank you to our incredible team for your dedication and tireless efforts. As an Ironworker Foreman, Jose appreciates working with his dedicated and hardworking team! 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 as our seasoned General Foreman. He loves being part of a team that feels like a second family!  𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀, our skilled Journeyman Ironworker 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝟳-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆. Congratulations to our recent 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗲! This week, we are recognizing 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻 for his outstanding dedication to jobsite safety! Thanks to Martin’s in-depth knowledge of fall protection and his exceptional safety expertise, he was able to identify a potentially hazardous situation with equipment that wasn’t fully secure at an elevated height. 𝗣𝗕𝗜 recently celebrated our dedicated iron workers at our Quarterly Safety Luncheon!
