Recently, the Shenzhen (China) team at PetSafe Brands celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival and Q3 birthdays with a day full of fun, food, and meaningful moments! 🎉 ⁣ ⁣ They enjoyed a spread of mooncakes, cake, snacks, and fruit, creating a festive atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. To make the day even more special, they participated in two unique activities:⁣ ⁣ 💌 First, the Nostalgia Post Office gave teammates a chance to step away from the digital world and write heartfelt, hand-written letters to their loved ones. Teammates embraced the art of letter writing, appreciating the deeper connection this gesture brings.⁣ ⁣ 🎯 Next, they enjoyed a traditional game of Pitch-pot, where they tested their aim by throwing arrows into a small bucket from a distance. 🎯 The challenge was real, but the excitement grew as teammates cheered each other on to land enough arrows to win a prize!⁣ ⁣ Our PetSafe Brands teammates enjoyed this celebration that fostered our culture of embracing and empowering all teammates. 🌍⁣ ⁣ #PetSafeCulture #MidAutumnFestival #TeamCelebration #GlobalTeam #petindustry #corevalues #teammateempowerment

Recently, we held our first-ever global Career Development Week at PetSafe Brands and it was a huge success!⁣ ⁣ 𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:⁣ ⁣ 🧭 We logged over 𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 across all sessions and teammates in just 5 days!⁣ ⁣ 🌎 We had 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱. It was inspiring to see our teams from all over the globe come together to learn and grow. We ensured that many courses were available across various time zones, making it possible for everyone to participate.⁣ ⁣ 📚 From Owning Your Career to Financial Acumen to Management Excellence and Emotional Intelligence, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲. We celebrated with our PetSafe Brands teammates in Knoxville today as we received the 1st place trophy for the Large Company Division of the Fittest Company Challenge of the Knoxville Marathon. 🏆 The team collectively earned 273.1 points (equivalent to 273.1 miles)! They walked and ran 40 5k's, 9 half marathons, 1 marathon, and 5 kids runs (1 mile). 👏🏻⁣ ⁣ We care deeply about offering opportunities for our teammates to be active together in the community through our Built to Last program. We also have an onsite gym, onsite medical clinic, great benefits, and many other amazing perks that enable our teammates to take care of themselves and pursue wellbeing.⁣ ⁣ Congratulations to our teammates who participated! 🏃🏻♀️➡️🏃🏿➡️
