This year, I had the honor of serving as a co-chair for the first time and as a speaker for the 5th year for the Practising Law Institute (PLI) Women Lawyers in Leadership 2023 program. It was a fantastic experience and the full-day program aligns deeply with one of my core passions: supporting women lawyers in their leadership journeys. The program is in September, but since it is available on demand, I am grateful to get notes about it all year long, (especially when the CLE deadline is near). I received this message recently and I'm sharing it because it made me smile. This note is a reminder that it's more than sharing knowledge; it's about inspiring, guiding, and empowering each other, especially as women in the legal profession.
