Last week, PGT participated in an all-school assembly at Midland Innovation to explore the various career opportunities available in transportation and logistics. Kayla Steffen, Permit Specialist, Mike Hunter, Director of Maintenance, and Dan Gaebel, Maintenance Manager, each shared their career journeys and how they achieved success at PGT. We sincerely thank the MITCS faculty for this opportunity to provide valuable enrichment and industry insights to our community's students for the third consecutive year.

PGT's Canton Terminal held a safety contest for their Independent Contractors and Lease Purchase Operators, challenging their fleet to improve their monthly safety score. Every driver finished the contest with an average camera score over 900! The race to the top was extremely close, but LP driver Ray Squires won with a total of 46 points! As an added bonus, Ray just made his final lease payment and is now an official owner-operator. Congratulations to Ray and the Canton Terminal!
