Phi Theta Kappa Alumni of Washburn

Washburn University Student Organization for Alumni of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society of the Two-Year College. We are officially Chartered by Phi Theta Kappa as a PTK Alumni Chapter, and in 2020 received a 2-Star rating from PTK. The mission of PTKAW is threefold: 1) Promote Washburn University as a transfer option for members of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society of the two-year college. 2) Promote membership in Phi Theta Kappa to current two-year college students. 3) Participate in projects, both on campus and across the region, which will enhance our members' competitiveness for leadership-based scholarships at Washburn.
