Elevating Education & Organizations through Data-Informed Strategy and Project Management | Researcher, Consultant, Speaker | Generational Expert

"This is exactly what we needed" is one of the best things you can hear from a participant as a speaker/facilitator. August started in one of my favorite ways: Spending time with a group of leaders and strategizing how to elevate performance through building stronger connections. A big focus of our session was breaking down human connection and discussing how to lead with our humanity to foster stronger working relationships. Even through the busyness of being in a formal leadership role, humans are hard-wired to need connection with others. I'm sure glad my job allows me to connect with great humans like the District Justices and Assistant District Justices of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Thank you for letting me spend some time with you during your Annual Convention. And, to LaShatá Grayson, M.S.Ed for your on-site help and being an amazing host! #training #leadershipdevelopment #learninganddevelopment #professionaldevelopment #leadershipphilosophy #humanconnections #speaker #facilitator
