“Hi Jim, Hope you were able to get some rest on Sunday - you certainly deserved it. Thanks again to you and entire Cricket Staff. So enjoyed having four days at my favorite golf course. Having played at a number of events, there is NO golf staff or food and beverage that remotely compares with your team. Many staff go through the motions - not at Cricket. Every detail was perfect. The smiles on all staff members’ faces are contagious and were ever-present. It was also a very nice touch to allow the golf staff to mingle and interact with members at dinner Friday night. I know they certainly appreciate it. Thanks again and hope to see you soon. Best, JD PS: I sent a separate email to Jeff thanking him for his great work.” #kudos #golf #pcc1854

Behind the scenes of all successful member #events is a team of people whose job it is to make it seem like it all came together by magic. From hanging bacon to installing ice sculptures, designing the menu graphics, hiring the band, running electricity, setting the tables, and polishing glasses to preparing the menu, managing the timing of all #culinary stations, keeping dishes out of sight and the wine flowing, and everything in between, our staff makes it happen. Shoutout to our Culinary, F&B, Member Events, Maintenance, and Banquets teams for handling the details with excellence at our recent Grapes on the Greens event! You simply make magic happen, and you’re all such a joy to work with. We appreciate you! #pcc1854

Congratulations to St. Martins GM and #CFO of The Philadelphia Cricket Club, Linda Cozzi, CCM, who has been named Acquisition International Magazine’s Sports & Leisure CFO of the Year! In the article profiling Linda, she shares, "In our business, it's about attracting and retaining members. We recognize that our staff is our most important asset, and we subscribe to the Richard Branson theory - 'Happy employees will equal happy [members].'" The last six years have seen The Philadelphia Cricket Club's greatest efforts to achieve employee engagement, driving a Net Promoter Score as high as 67. Linda highlights that the Club's #leadership is eager to act upon what its employees share, fostering a culture of open collaboration. "This alone, in our opinion, is more important than anything else we do, because if we make employees feel welcome, respected, and important, they will make our members feel welcome, respected, and important." As the Club continues to serve its members diligently and maintain employee satisfaction, Linda is also exploring data to maximize its service provision. Making sure that member usage records are fully understood and analyzed refines the Club’s unique edge. While technological advancements are underway, she asserts that this is not done with a view to replace staff, but is a means to ease their burdens, leaving them free to focus on delivering the first-class offering that members have grown to expect. We stay Championship-ready. Thanks to our incredible Grounds team and Club leadership for making sure we're always in peak condition. As a result, we've been announced as the host site of the 2025 PGA TOUR Truist Championship! The event has a primary home over with our friends at Quail Hollow Club, with the exception being 2025 due to their hosting the PGA Championship for the second time. The 2025 Truist Championship will be May 5-11 at The Philadelphia Cricket Club’s Wissahickon Course. Tickets will go on sale near the end of this year. We look forward to welcoming Truist, our broader #Philadelphia #golf community, and the 70 best golfers in the world. In addition, our staff and members are inspired by the Championship's focus on community impact. One of eight Signature Events on the PGA TOUR schedule featuring the TOUR’s top players and FedExCup points (700 points to the winner), the tournament has raised more than $30 million for charitable organizations over its history.
