We’re so excited to announce that we’re partnering with Phoenix Haus to build 90 affordable, energy-efficient housing units in Grand Junction, CO, with a grant from the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade! Phoenix Haus’ Innovative Housing Incentive Program (IHIP) grant will be used to create custom-built, panelized homes designed for multiple-generation households. Even better? The design is built to Passive House specifications, which will help homeowners save on utility costs while using fewer energy resources. “This new housing will help support Colorado’s workforce, economy and ensure our state remains a place where people can live where they want to live — close to their jobs, schools, the places they love or where they grew up,” Colorado Gov.
