Last week, we had a wonderful time out at the University of Michigan Dining Hall assisting with training on their new equipment. Frank Turchan CEC, AAC is doing an excellent job, and it was our pleasure to support his staff. We’re excited to see all the fantastic new food that will be coming out of the kitchen!
