This may sound very crazy to some. But to some it's an opportunity that will only come once in their career possibly. I have decided to sign over a large percentage of Phoenix Oilfield Services, LLC to a salesperson, operations manager, or anyone with a go-getter attitude with contacts to get Phoenix back rolling again. I have so many irons in the fire and unfortunately I had let this one lay dormant since January of '21. The test trailer I have designed for Phoenix is unlike anything else in the field today. Not too often an opportunity like this comes around for a person who has many contacts, has always dreamed of owning their own company but didn't know the next step. Phoenix has been torquing and testing since 2008.
