A passion for GENUINE HOSPITALITY.

About us

At Piada we are passionate about food and about sharing it with others. We believe in eating well even when we need to eat fast. Great food starts with a few simple, fresh ingredients and someone who knows how to bring the best flavors to life. Every Piada is run by a chef — not a manager — who will personally greet you as you step up to the stone. Our open kitchen design invites you to share in the experience as our chef crafts your meal, to order — Piadas, Pasta Bowls, and Chopped Salads all to be enjoyed in our dining room or on the run. It's good food, made fast, made fresh. Every time.

We believe genuine hospitality— one of our core values— spans far beyond our restaurant walls and our team is incredibly proud to support extraordinary organizations, like the Boys and Girls Club of America, through our Piada Gives program.  We're hosting our first annual Piada Gives Day tomorrow (8/16) and are donating all Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade sales to local Boys & Girls Clubs. Select restaurants will have Lemonade stands with free samples & prizes, too! We look forward to making this an annual event & hope to see some familiar faces 🍋

“We finally earned the right to grow. I'm a stickler for all the restaurants being self-sufficient and performing at a high enough level in multiple markets that says this concept is worthy of additional capital for growth. We've proven that out." Our Founder Chris Doody & Chief Creative Officer Matt Harding had the opportunity to sit down with Nation's Restaurant News Sam Oches on the latest Take-Away podcast episode this week. Huge thank you to Sam & NRN for giving us the platform to share our story & what's next for Piada!
