    Last month, PierceGray gathered in Chicago for a transformative summit centered around team-building. Over the course of the summit, we engaged in a variety of activities designed to strengthen our collaboration, enhance communication, and prepare the firm for what's ahead.     July is Disability Pride Month! It originated to commemorate the passing of The Americans with Disabilities Act in July 1990. The goal of Disability Pride Month is to change the way people think about disabilities, end the stigmas surrounding disability, and promote the idea that disabled people should celebrate and take pride in the way they lead their lives.   As you continue moving through the month of July, we encourage you to take note of your day-to-day routine.
