Last month, PierceGray gathered in Chicago for a transformative summit centered around team-building. July is Disability Pride Month! It originated to commemorate the passing of The Americans with Disabilities Act in July 1990. The goal of Disability Pride Month is to change the way people think about disabilities, end the stigmas surrounding disability, and promote the idea that disabled people should celebrate and take pride in the way they lead their lives.
