Just want to take a moment to highlight Pillar Inductions Lift-Swing Furnaces. These furnaces are designed for melting non-ferrous and precious metals. Once the charge metal in the first crucible has melted the furnace coil lifts, swings and lowers to start melting on a second crucible. The first crucible is then taken to pour out the molten metal. The video below highlights a lift-swing furnace mounted to a prefabricated base with a MK-8 power supply. All electrical, hydraulic and water connections internal to the base are prepared at Pillar Induction prior to shipment. Pillar Induction offers Lift-Swing furnaces for # 30 to # 225 sized crucibles (Aluminum capacity of 30-225 lbs. / 14-102 kg, Brass capacity of 30-675 lbs. / 42-306 kg)
