Members of the Pinnacle team had the opportunity to celebrate the ribbon cutting for our CLT project with Dwelling Place located on our “Campus of Hope” development in Grand Rapids. The project will deliver 42 affordable homes to the neighborhood. Our team has officially turned over the first set of homes with the next few phases scheduled to complete over the next several months!
