At Pioneering Collective, we love to celebrate important moments and milestones in our community—and Mohan Sivaloganathan just experienced an exciting one.    As he describes in his new TED Conferences Talk, he started working at P&G right out of college, and knew immediately that he wanted to be the CEO. He even had the right personality type for it (ENTJ), according to Myers-Briggs! Mohan didn’t become CEO of P&G, but he did become CEO of Our Turn, which mobilizes and amplifies the voices of students in the fight for education equity. That’s where he began to rethink some of what he had learned about leadership from college classes and big companies. In his talk, "The Breakthrough Power of Young Leaders," Mohan shares how young leaders inspired him to redefine leadership. He learned that true leadership is not about following a rigid blueprint but embracing emotional intelligence and community building. Stories from young voices taught him the importance of being empathetic and inclusive. These insights, shaped by his work with young leaders, helped him drive meaningful change.
