Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership reposted this
"I was a bit turned around and the maps on my phone was frozen. Honestly, I had been walking around for over 30 minutes when I asked him for directions. Clarence didn't hesitate to assist me. He walked with me right to the hotel. I am impressed by his positive demeanor and am very appreciative of his compassion. I am hoping he receives recognition for going above and beyond to assist me. Now for the backstory - I had a stroke and heart surgery one year ago. This was my first outing by myself. I have truly enjoyed Pittsburgh, but needless to say meeting Clarence was one of the highlights of my adventure in Pittsburgh! He is a real gem!" - Anita Moore We couldn't agree more, Anita! Thank you for sharing your experience with Clarence and the wonderful photo. We are so glad you enjoyed your time in Pittsburgh and that we could make it that much better for you. Way to go, Clarence and Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership !
