The Longest Day is an annual fundraising event held by the Alzheimer's Association on June 21st, the summer solstice. It is a call to action to raise money and awareness to support the Alzheimer's Association's research and care efforts on the longest day of the year. June 21st is the day with the most light. The Longest Day symbolizes the dark and difficult journey faced by those living with Alzheimer’s disease and their caregivers.
