Earlier this week, Pivot was proudly represented by Kelli (Michaelis) Gauss, our Director of Marketing & Special Projects, at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Annual Conference. The HBA's inspiring thought leaders shared countless takeaways, including HBA CEO Mary Stutts, MHA. She expressed her bold vision for the future of healthcare, one that “is more equitable, innovative, and patient-centered than ever before." This vision was echoed in Alicia C. Staley’s keynote, where she shared her experience navigating a complex web of patient portals during her cancer journey. Her story underscored the critical need to embed the patient perspective in everything we create. One thing about our team: We love an opportunity to do some good- especially when that opportunity is at our doorstep.
